The Enosburg Falls Lions Club organizes the Vermont Dairy Festival...

DFLogo60... which is traditionally held on the first weekend of June (Thursday, June 2nd - Sunday, June 5th, 2016). The club is proud to continue with this festival, marking its 60th anniversary!

The Lions Club, along with many local businesses, organizations, community leaders and dedicated individuals, work for months before the festival kicks off to ensure its success.

The Vermont Dairy Festival is the Enosburg Falls Lions Club's primary source of income. The proceeds received from the festival are disbursed back into the community in many forms.

Over the years, the Enosburg Falls Lions Club has assisted area communities with civic and humanitarianism causes in contributions of funds, and with the Club volunteering their time on various projects. Because of their involvement in the community, the Enosburg Falls Lions Club was named #1 Lions Club in the State of Vermont in 2003 and 2006.

Make sure you pick up a copy of "The Dairy Moos"!

Spreading manure is no easy job, and neither is spreading the word. Each year our advertising committee works diligently to make known that the Vermont Dairy Festival is coming and all of the great events we have put together for that weekend! Our members go door-to-door to local businesses asking them to pledge their support for our mission. We have a very involved community and are grateful for such generosity.

What better way to share the love, then in a creatively laid out newspaper! Without the assistance of Enosburg Falls' own Ethan Dezotelle, this asset would not be possible. From help with layout, to ensuring a copy accompanies each copy of the County Courier, he ensures the widest dissemination possible. We would like to extend our appreciation to him and again to all of the local businesses for making for another successful year!

Our Motto

The Lions Club is a community-based organization whose motto is, “WE SERVE".

The primary mission of the Lions Club is to assist sight and hearing impaired individuals who are in need of financial assistance for eyeglasses or hearing aids.

The Enosburg Falls Lions Club lives by this motto, not only by funding various requests for money, but also by the labor donated by its members on community projects.

We’re always looking for dedicated women and men to join with us because it is our people who make the real difference. While membership is by invitation only, the club is open to all who embrace the spirit of Lionism, as found in our motto: "WE SERVE".

By becoming a Lion, you join an international organization comprised of millions of men, women and children from hundreds of countries around the world, joined together in spirit to perform miracles.

Rain or Shine...

Cows and dairy farmers go about their business regardless of the weather and so do we.

Most events at the Dairy Festival will be held regardless of what Mother Nature throws at us.

So dress appropriately and enjoy the show!

Community Calendar

Another major source of income for the Lions Club is the Community Calendar. Not only does it generate funds for the club, but it's also an excellent way of displaying all your special occasions. Put it on the calendar!
